How do I check if my product is a Marketplace product?
To check if a product you bought is a Marketplace product, check your confirmation email which will show ‘JB Hi-Fi Marketplace: Send by (Seller name)’ under the product name in your order summary. Where a listing on our website is for a Marketplace product the Marketplace seller will be identified on that product listing.
Change of mind returns
Marketplace sellers accept change of mind returns for all Marketplace products within 30 days of purchase. Some Marketplace sellers may offer an extended change of mind return period. Take a look at your Marketplace seller’s listing page to see if they offer a more generous change of mind policy.

Marketplace refunds take a little longer
Please note that the process of returning and refunding a Marketplace product will take a little longer than it normally would for a product sold by JB Hi-Fi, as your item needs to go back to the Marketplace seller first before a refund can be processed.
How returns work for JB Hi-Fi Marketplace products
- Submit a returns request to our support team
- We’ll put you in touch with the Marketplace seller who can arrange a free Australia Post return label for you to drop at your local post office to be returned. Please note that for returns under the change of mind policy you will need to cover the cost of returning the product to your Marketplace seller.
- Once the Marketplace seller has received your item and initiated a refund, we’ll email you with an update when your refund is on the way.
Refunds can take 2 – 7 days to reach your original payment method. Please note that if you used a JB Hi-Fi Gift Card to pay for your original order, we’ll email you a new Gift Card for the refunded amount.
