For both Monthly Subscription Plans and Fixed Term Plans, you are entitled to a 30 day cooling off period, starting on the date you receive confirmation of your purchase. During this cooling off period, you can cancel your plan and get a full refund as long as you haven’t submitted a Swap Anytime Service request or a Screen Replacement Service request.
Cancelling a 12 or 24 month plan
You can come into your local JB store to cancel and receive a refund on your plan.
Cancelling a monthly subscription
- Log in to your SquareTrade account
If you don't have an account you can sign up straight away to be able to manage your plan, just make sure to use the same email address you provided when purchasing from us.
- Select 'View plan' to view the details of your Mobile Extras plan
- At the bottom of the page select the 'Cancel plan' button to submit a cancellation request and SquareTrade will take care of the rest.
