If you live in Victoria, New South Wales or ACT and have a faulty product you can submit a contactless faulty return request so our team can assess and process your return safely without having to enter a store.
What we'll need:
- Your personal details
- Where you purchased the item
- Your order or receipt number
- Description of the fault
- Upload a photo of your receipt or tax invoice
Once submitted, we’ll email you a support ticket number and our support team will be in contact to assist with assessing your product fault and details of how to complete a no-cost contactless return if required.
