To make claim under your JB Hi-Fi Extra Care cover our SquareTrade administrator can help you out.
A couple of things to check before making a claim:
- Make sure your Extra Care cover is still current and has not expired. You can check the expiry dates on the back of the Yellow booklet you received when purchasing Extra Care in-store.
- If your Extra Care cover is not active yet contact the manufacturer directly to claim under the standard warranty. Contact information for the manufacturer can be found in the warranty and support section in the initial warranty card provided when you purchased your product or see our manufacturers contact list.
- Ensure you have your original purchase receipt and/or tax invoice available. Your claim must be lodged by the customer whose name is shown on the purchase receipt and/or tax invoice and/or any other parties authorised by the owner in writing
