You can easily change your account details by heading to the Manage account section.
Changing your name or email address
- Log into your account and go to ‘Manage account’
- Select ‘Change’ near your name and email address in the ‘Your details’ section.
- Update your details and tap ‘Save’.
A few things to note:
- Changing your email address will send off a verification email to your new address so your account stays secure.
- Name or email address changes on your account will not update your details for any in-progress orders. If you need to fix up your details for an order you just placed, please contact us.
- We cannot merge accounts if you have previously created an account with a different email address.
Changing your mobile number
- Log into your account and go to ‘Manage account’
- Select ‘Change’ in the mobile phone section
- Update your mobile number and select Verify mobile number
- Enter the 4-digit verification code and select ‘Verify’
That’s it! Your new mobile number will be saved and now anytime you get a digital receipt sent to you after shopping in-store it will automatically appear in the ‘In-store receipts’ tab under the Purchases section in your account.
