When you buy online, we provide a range of convenient delivery options so you can get your purchases when you want. When checking out on our site we’ll show you the available options and delivery cost based on the items in your cart and where you need them delivered.
Store to Door (same day courier by a JB team member)
You can now get your online order of any small to medium items delivered straight to your door by a JB team member. Available from most stores in Victoria, South Australia and selected stores in New South Wales 7 days a week when you place your order before 2pm. Courier Delivery (same or next business day)
Courier Delivery is available depending on the items in your order and their availability, the time you place your order, where your items are dispatched from and the delivery postcode.
- Delivery addresses within metro areas in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide
- If the order is coming from a store that accepts courier delivery pickup
- Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday
- You'll get an SMS once goods are on-board for delivery. Your order will generally be delivered to you prior to 7pm the same day.
Orders placed after 1pm may be booked for next business day courier delivery. The next day delivery service for orders placed after 1pm and before 10am following day will generally be delivered between 10.15am and 2pm.
Courier Deliveries are not available on weekends or public holidays.
Express Delivery (1 – 2 business days)
Depending on the size and type of item you may be able to choose Express Delivery within the checkout. If you choose Express Delivery you’ll receive tracking notifications from our delivery partner once they have picked up your item(s) for delivery.
Standard Delivery (2 – 6 days)
This is the cheapest option depending on the size of the item and whether or not you want tracking. The estimated delivery date will vary as this depends on where you live and where the item is shipping from.
Australia Post Mail (2 – 9 days): This is the standard untracked mail service generally used for smaller items such as DVD’s and games.
Australia Post eParcel (2 – 6 days): Depending on the size and weight of your item(s) we use Australia Post who will send tracking update notifications once they have accepted the delivery. If you’re not home for your delivery Australia Post will send you a notification with an alternate delivery point which is usually your nearest post office or an Australia Post collection hub.
Toll Priority (2 – 4 days): Depending on the size and weight of your item(s) we also use Toll who will send tracking update notifications once they have accepted the delivery. If your not home Toll will send you a notification with an alternate pickup point which is usually a local Newsagents, 7/11 or a Toll Depot depending on your delivery area.
3 Hour Rush Courier Delivery
If your order is eligible at checkout we offer a 3 hour Rushed Courier Delivery service to city and city fringe customers living in Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.
- Only available for eligible orders between 8am - 2pm Monday to Friday
The driver will call once your goods are on-board, and your order will generally be delivered within approximately 3 hours of placing your order.

Delivering to remote locations in Australia
Our national courier networks cannot provide door-to-door services to some remote Australian areas. Examples include Roma, Weipa, Nhulunbuy and any area that may require light aircraft, barge or boat to access. In these cases, if delivery is possible, surcharges may apply to the standard rates. Alternatively, couriers may provide delivery to local depots or Australia Post offices for customer collection of goods. More about remote deliveries
