When you buy online, we provide a range of convenient delivery options so you can get your purchases when you want. At checkout, we’ll show you the available options and delivery cost based on the items in your cart and where you need them delivered.
Standard Delivery (2 – 12 days)
This is the cheapest option depending on the size of the item and whether or not you want tracking. The estimated delivery date will vary as this depends on where you live and where the item is shipping from.
Australia Post Mail (2 – 12 days): This is the standard untracked mail service generally used for smaller items such as DVD’s, games and Gift Cards.
Australia Post eParcel (2 – 12 days): Depending on the size and weight of your item(s) we use Australia Post who will send tracking update notifications once they have accepted the delivery. If you’re not home for your delivery Australia Post will send you a notification with an alternate delivery point which is usually your nearest post office or an Australia Post collection hub.
Team Global Express (formally Toll) Priority (2 – 4 days): Depending on the size and weight of your item(s) we also use Team Global Express who will send tracking update notifications once they have accepted the delivery. If your not home Team Global Express will send you a notification with an alternate pickup point which is usually a local Newsagents, 7/11 or a Team Global Express Depot depending on your delivery area.
Express Delivery (1 – 2 business days)
Depending on the size and type of item you may be able to choose Express Delivery within the checkout. If you choose Express Delivery you’ll receive tracking notifications from our delivery partner once they have picked up your item(s) for delivery.
Courier Delivery (next business day)
We offer next day delivery with Team Global Express Courier, available for deliveries to Melbourne, Sydney, Canberra, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide metro areas.
‘Courier Delivery’ will show at checkout depending on the time you’re placing an order, items you’re ordering, their availability and if your items are coming from a store that accepts courier pickup.
Orders placed before 4pm Sunday to Friday
You'll get an SMS in the morning stating your 90-minute scheduled delivery window and a link to track the driver when they’re on the move. Orders will generally be delivered between 9am and 8pm the next day.
Please note: Our Courier Delivery options are not available on select public holidays.
We offer Uber ASAP and Uber Scheduled deliveries in metro areas, currently in trial at select locations around Australia.
‘Uber’ will show as a delivery option depending on the time you’re placing an order, the items you’re ordering, their availability and if your items are coming from a store that accepts Uber pickup.
Available delivery options:
- ASAP (As Soon As Possible): Delivered within 90 minutes to 2 hours of placing your order.
- Scheduled: If available you can choose a 2-hour window within the store's operating hours.
- Orders placed within 20km of stores offering Uber delivery
- Available 7 days a week from store opening till 2 hours before store closing times
Delivering to remote locations in Australia
Our national courier networks cannot provide door-to-door services to some remote Australian areas. Examples include Roma, Weipa, Nhulunbuy and any area that may require light aircraft, barge or boat to access. In these cases, if delivery is possible, surcharges may apply to the standard rates. Alternatively, couriers may provide delivery to local depots or Australia Post offices for customer collection of goods. More about remote deliveries
