Bring your faulty product to your local JB Hi-Fi store along with your receipt or online tax invoice for proof of purchase and our friendly staff will assist you.
Returning a JB Hi-Fi Marketplace product
Marketplace products need to go back to the seller they were sold by. Submit a request and our team can put you in touch with your Marketplace seller who can help you with your return.

If you do not want to attend your local JB Hi-Fi store, we can organise a return courier for you. This service is free but may take a little longer. Once the item has been received and assessed we will be in touch with you to discuss your options. If you would like to organise a return courier, please submit a request.

Some manufacturers also have dedicated support centres specifically for issues in relation to their products and so may provide a quick assessment or remedy, even if the warranty has expired.
Please note: All returns of products purchased directly from JB Hi-Fi are subject to our Refund & Warranties policy. The Refunds and Warranties policy applies to goods purchased directly from JB Hi-Fi. The Refunds and Warranties policy does not apply to goods purchased from third-party (JB Hi-Fi- Marketplace) sellers on the JB Hi-Fi website, the seller’s own policies will apply and you will have rights under the Australian Consumer Law
