Depending on the delivery option you selected at checkout, we’ll email you a tracking link after your order has been shipped.
To check on the progress of your order head to our track order page and enter your order number and mobile number to see the progress of your order.
Track your orders in My Account
You can track any in-progress order directly from your Purchases list. To view your purchases, log in or create an account with the same email address you used at guest checkout.
Orders that don't have tracking
- Small items: Products such as movies, music, TV shows, software, games and physical gift cards are sent using Australia Post Mail which is an untracked service. You can change this to Standard which includes tracking, depending on other items in your cart when checking out.
- International orders: Orders being sent internationally use Australia Post International untracked mail. More on international delivery timeframes
Important to note
- Pre-order items: Always get delivered after release day, for more information on how pre-orders work, see our pre-order items article.
- Same Day Rush: You’ll be contacted by the courier on the day with an expected delivery time.
- Back order items: As these are generally large or back-order items they generally take longer to arrive. More on back orders
If your order is taking longer to get to you than the delivery estimate from your order confirmation email, or if you think it's been lost or stolen, please contact us.
