Some address types have restrictions on what can be sent to them. These are generally about the size and weight of the items being sent but also which carriers will deliver to them.
There are some special considerations that need to be taken into account when sending orders to an Australia Post Collection Point (Parcel Locker, Post Office or a PO Box), Locked Bag or RMB address types.
- Size: Parcels cannot be larger than 39 x 36 x 64cm and heavier than 16kg
- Carrier: All parcels to the above address types will be consigned on Australia Post
