To unsubscribe from JB Hi-Fi promotional emails you will need to open any promotional email you've received from us and tap the unsubscribe link located at the bottom right of the email.
You will then have the option to manage your newsletter and promotions preferences or unsubscribe from all email content.
It’s important to note that you will not be able to unsubscribe from order notification emails as these are automatically generated when you placed an order with us and are transactional, not promotional in nature.
