Need your order delivered quickly? We offer ASAP and scheduled deliveries with Uber.
When Uber will show as a delivery option
- If you’re placing an order within 20km of a store that stocks your product and is accepting Uber pickups
- The time you’re placing an order
- The number and types of items you’re ordering
- Your item can fit in an Uber vehicle (we only allow small to medium items to be delivered by Uber)
How to choose Uber at checkout
- At checkout, if you’re order is eligible for your delivery address, select Uber
- Depending on your order total you may have the option for the driver to ‘Leave in a safe place’. This will show up like the below, just choose a location from the dropdown or select ‘Other’ to enter specific instructions for the driver.
- Continue to payment to finalise your order.
Live tracking for your delivery: Once your order has been packed by the store and is ready for Uber to pick up, we’ll email you an Uber tracking link to follow the driver.
You’ll also get SMS updates from Uber as your order is on the way.
The Uber driver will ask for the last 4 digits of your mobile number to accept your delivery. Missed deliveries will be returned to the store.
