Yes, you can migrate your Telstra service to a JB Hi-Fi Mobile Upfront Mobile Plan however you will not be eligible to receive the associated JB Hi-Fi Gift Card.
When you purchase a service from JB Hi-Fi Mobile, you can choose to keep your current mobile number or get a new one. If you want to keep your current Telstra mobile number, we can transition it across to a JB Hi-Fi Upfront mobile plan in a couple of easy steps:
- Visit your local JB store
- Provide your personal information to complete your transfer
Need to know: You need to be the account holder to transfer a mobile service from any provider to another.
Please note, if you’re a Telstra Plus member, you need to have an active Telstra branded or JB Hi-Fi BYO Mobile plan to use your Telstra Plus points. Current Upfront JB Hi-Fi branded plans do not qualify as a Telstra branded service for the purpose of the Telstra Plus program. Therefore, if you’re moving your service to a JB Hi-Fi Upfront plan, and you have no other Telstra branded service on your account, you will be unable to redeem your Telstra Plus points or access the Telstra Plus program. Your points balance will remain on your account in accordance with the Telstra Plus Terms and Conditions; however, you will need an eligible Telstra service on your account to redeem the points.
