Yes, if you are no longer in a contracted term on your current JB Hi-Fi Mobile plan you can migrate to a new JB Hi-Fi Mobile Upfront Mobile Plan. You will not be eligible to receive a JB Hi-Fi Gift Card as part of this plan change however.
Please note, if you’re a Telstra Plus member, you need to have an active Telstra branded or JB Hi-Fi BYO Mobile plan to use your Telstra Plus points. Current Upfront JB Hi-Fi branded plans do not qualify as a Telstra branded service for the purpose of the Telstra Plus program. Therefore, if you’re moving your service to a JB Hi-Fi Upfront plan, and you have no other Telstra branded service on your account, you will be unable to redeem your Telstra Plus points or access the Telstra Plus program. Your points balance will remain on your account in accordance with the Telstra Plus Terms and Conditions; however, you will need an eligible Telstra service on your account to redeem the points.
