How do I check and manage my usage?

You can manage your JB Hi-Fi Mobile Pre-Paid SIM, Upfront Mobile Plan or Broadband plan with the JB Hi-Fi Mobile app.

In the JB Hi-Fi Mobile App you can check your contract term and track your data usage. You’ll need your Username and password to sign in.
