If you’re having issues with using a coupon code we’ve sent you, here are some tips to help out, or get in touch by submitting a request and we can help you out.
Things to check when applying coupons:

Entering coupons: To apply a coupon, type or paste your code in the Coupon code box found on the right side section in Checkout or at the top of the page within the order summary section if you’re on a mobile device.

You can also enter coupons at the bottom of the My Cart page.
- Coupon expiry: Check that the coupon has not expired. Many coupons have an expiry date that will be included in the email you received from us with the coupon code
- Eligibility: Some coupons are only eligible for specific products, brands or combinations of products. You can see any exclusions or specific terms that apply when redeeming your coupon in the email in which you received your coupon code.
- In-store or online only coupons: Some coupons are for use in-store only and are not redeemable online on our main website or purchases made through our phone sales line or live chat
