To get ready for your home appliance delivery here’s our top tips and things you need to know to make your delivery a smooth one.
Our delivery partner will SMS you by 8pm the night before your scheduled delivery with a 2 - 3 hour delivery window.
Home appliance deliveries most areas are Monday to Sunday (excl. public holidays) from 8am to 6pm. Please note that this may vary for regional areas.
Before your delivery
Here’s the important things to note to ensure a smooth delivery.
- Preparing your space: Make sure the path to where your new appliance will go is clear.
- What to expect: If you’re getting Unpack & Connect or Premium Delivery, our delivery partner will unbox your appliance, plug it into existing power, and water if applicable, with the supplied cord/hoses and take away all packaging.
- Old appliance removal: If you’re getting a Premium Delivery, your old appliance must be empty, disconnected, cleaned, and moved into an accessible place ready for transport.
- Parking: Check that our delivery partner will be able to park immediately in front of your premises.
- Pets: Please secure your furry friends for the duration of the delivery.
Please be home to accept and sign for your delivery.
Someone over 16 must be home to accept your scheduled delivery. Missed deliveries will be returned to our delivery centre and need to be rescheduled for another day.
When our delivery partner arrives
- They will do a quick walk-through of the intended route to the location where your appliance is to be placed.
- If there is a hard floor surface e.g. tiles, or timber, where your new appliance is going, the delivery partner will place heavy duty blankets and/or MDF sheets to protect the surface. You may wish to place additional floor coverings to protect hard surfaces where required.
After your delivery
You’ll be asked to sign a Proof of Delivery and photograph the item; the delivery partner will also take some photos for proof of delivery.
