We'll generally respond to your request within 3-5 days during our operating hours from 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday.

Please attach a copy of your proof of purchase as well as photos of each side of your product, the damage if visible and the screen (if your product has one) to help speed up your request.

This can be found below the order total on your in-store receipt or at the top of your order confirmation email if you purchased online or over the phone.

You can find this from your order confirmation email in the 'Delivering to' section or in the 'On the way email'.
